Pure Care Solutions helps to improve clients own daily living skills, social skills, educational and work development as identified through the “needs assessment” process. Pure Care Solutions identify areas were the client needs extra support, through their needs assessment and provide any extra support that is needed.

Pure Care Solutions will co-operate and liaise accordingly with other external agencies and following the Care Programme Approach to ensure a high quality of support is being provided. When appropriate Pure Care Solutions will also work, plan, share and collate information with other relevant external agencies.

Comprehensive psychological support is provided as part of the integrated service.
